2. Please tell me about yourself
Hi, My name is Savira Azkiah. You can call me Vira. I’m 20th years old. I'm the first of two childern. I was born in Jakarta, March 1st 2000. I'm a Moslem.  I lived in Jl. Pitara, Gg. Bakti 1, Number 119, Depok. And now I'm a student at Gunadarma University for Financial Accounting

3. What Organization do you work for? Where is it?
I work for the Intermediate Financial Accounting Laboratory at Gunadarma University

7. Please tell me about your job description?
I've been working as an Assistant, and I taught some lessons for students in the Lab.



Dialogue


One day a client came to the store to complain about her handphone bought last month;
*in a store*
Customer Service : Good Morning, can I help you?
Client  : Morning, I want to complaint about defective handphone I bought here last month.
CS       : I am very sorry to hear that. Do you have your store receipt?
Client  : Yes, I do. Here you go
CS       : Ok, there’s a one year store warranty on this handphone. We’ll be able to take a look at it today at no charge to you. If we can’t find the problem. We will exchange it for a new one.
Client  : Thank you. I’d appreciate that
CS       : What seems to be the problem?
Client  : I think it’s overheating. It gets so hot whenever I use it.
CS       : That is strange for such a new handphone. Perhaps there is two reasons. The first one is something wrong with the battery or you was using this handphone for too long without pause. Could I take a look?
Client  : Sure, here is it
CS       : Everything looks ok on the outside. Could I ask a few questions?
Client  : Yes, of course
CS       : How long to you use it before it overheats?
Client  : It usually feels very hot after two or 4 hours.
CS       : What do you usually do on the Handphone?
Client  : I use it to play a game or watch a movie
CS       : Uhm ok, there might be something wrong with one of the components
Client  : So what should we do?
CS       : I will try to fix it with my co-worker, who expert about this problem. And you can comeback later. May I know ur name and the other number that I can call?
Client  : 0838-9227-9553 Mrs. Syifa Corona
CS       : Ok, thank u. I will notify u when it’s done

Fatih   : Haha yes, just tell her that I was restart factory on this phone, so the virus are gone
Savira : Ok, I will notify she tomorrow
